Mobility Rentals at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair

Reserve a scooter, wheelchair, or rollator and skip the line.
Book your mobility device online and pick it up at the Wheel Walkers rental desk on-site, cleaned and ready for your day at the Fair. Friendly staff are on hand during all Fair hours.

How it works
- Reserve online. Pick your device and rental period, and pay securely. You'll get a confirmation by email.
- Come to the desk. Visit the Wheel Walkers rental desk at the Fair, and your device is set aside with no walk-up line.
- Enjoy the Fair. We fit and adjust your device and answer any questions before you go.
- Return it. Bring it back to the desk when you're done. We handle the rest.
Rental periods & rates
Half Day: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–7:00 PM · Full Day: all Fair hours that day. All rates in CAD.

Need your device before 9:00 AM?
Early pickup before the Fair opens is available by advance phone reservation for an additional $15. Call 647-833-9290 to arrange, and we'll have your device ready and waiting.
Before you book
- $400 credit card hold on electric devices. A valid $400 hold is taken at pickup for all scooters and power wheelchairs, and is released when the device is returned undamaged.
- Damage protection on electric rentals. $12 per rental is included in the price for scooters and power wheelchairs. Manual devices have no damage fee.
- Fair dates only. Devices are available November 6–15, 2026 during Fair operating hours. Choose your pickup day at checkout.
- Early pickup (before 9:00 AM). Available by advance phone reservation for an extra $15. Call 647-833-9290 to arrange.
- Pick up at the Wheel Walkers desk. Bring your confirmation (on your phone is fine) to the rental desk inside the Fair.
- Return by end of your rental period. Late returns may be charged the additional rental time.
