Mobility Rentals at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair

Reserve a scooter, wheelchair, or rollator and skip the line.
Book your mobility device online and pick it up at the Wheel Walkers rental desk on-site, cleaned and ready for your day at the Fair. Friendly staff are on hand during all Fair hours.

How it works
- Reserve online. Pick your device and rental period, and pay securely. You'll get a confirmation by email.
- Come to the desk. Visit the Wheel Walkers rental desk in Salon A1, on the paid side of Hall A. The closest entrance is the Galleria entrance, though it is not the only one. Your device is set aside with no walk-up line.
- Enjoy the Fair. We fit and adjust your device and answer any questions before you go.
- Return it. Bring it back to the desk when you're done. We handle the rest.
Rental periods & rates
Half Day: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–7:00 PM · Full Day: all Fair hours that day. All rates in CAD.

Need your device before 9:00 AM?
Early pickup before the Fair opens is available by advance phone reservation for an additional $15. Call 647-833-9290 between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM to arrange, and we'll have your device ready and waiting.
Before you book
- $400 credit card hold on electric devices. A valid $400 hold is taken at pickup for all scooters and power wheelchairs, and is released when the device is returned undamaged.
- Damage protection on electric rentals. $12 per rental is included in the price for scooters and power wheelchairs.
- Fair dates only. Devices are available November 6–15, 2026 during Fair operating hours. Choose your pickup day at checkout.
- Early pickup (before 9:00 AM). Available by advance phone reservation for an extra $15. Call 647-833-9290 between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM to arrange.
- Pick up at the Wheel Walkers desk. Our desk is in Salon A1, on the paid side of Hall A. Bring your confirmation (on your phone is fine).
- Return by end of your rental period. Late returns may be charged the additional rental time.
