(1) If you have rented a mobility device from the Wheel Walkers online store and your rental period is coming to an end, but you wish to extend the rental period, please pay for the desired period of your rental extension;

(2) If your rental period expired before you returned your device, and you had not yet paid for a rental extension, please pay for the balance of your rental period and we will 'close' your order.

Hi, the service by Bianca was cooperative and friendly. I liked her. She exchanged the walker from a big one to a small one. The Small one was difficult to collaps, it needed to be done horizontally and not vertically and it was stuck in place often. Not good. Also one of the wing nuts was missing making the handle bar a bit wobbly. I would have expected them to deliver a wing nut to stabalize the handle bar better. Would have been easy to ro do, but they did not. So I had to put up with it. Not good. Overall the service was friendly.

A great experience. I was able to rent a transport wheelchair on short notice, and I got the right kind that I needed. Easy to pay for, easy to pick up and easy to extend the rental period. Thanks Wheel Walkers!

The knee scooter is so helpful if you break your ankle or foot.

The easiest thing in the world?

I needed a wheelchair at short notice after breaking my leg in an accident. I tried WellWise and was told they needed two weeks' notice! What?! Then I found WheelWalkers who sent the device over immediately. I renewed it for seven weeks, then they collected it from my home at exactly the appointed time. It all went perfectly and I'd like to thank them for such excellent service.
