Manual Mobility Device Rental Extensions

(1) If you have rented a mobility device from the Wheel Walkers online store and your rental period is coming to an end, but you wish to extend the rental period, please pay for the desired period of your rental extension;

(2) If your rental period expired before you returned your device, and you had not yet paid for a rental extension, please pay for the balance of your rental period and we will 'close' your order.

The easiest thing in the world?

I needed a wheelchair at short notice after breaking my leg in an accident. I tried WellWise and was told they needed two weeks' notice! What?! Then I found WheelWalkers who sent the device over immediately. I renewed it for seven weeks, then they collected it from my home at exactly the appointed time. It all went perfectly and I'd like to thank them for such excellent service.

Didn’t extend but billed me anyways

Billed my credit card for an extension that never happened. Only found out about it after I checked my credit card bill. Retuned my money but seems fishy. Then an email to rate the extension. Very fishy behaviour. Would not use again.
