Excellent Customer Service

I had to purchase a wheelchair for my mother. I sent an email to Jeff and he responded immediately. When we had the opportunity to chat, he recommended that she rent the chair for one week to see if it fit her needs. A delivery issue happened, not on the part of Jeff or the delivery service that he hired. The wheelchair arrived when it was supposed too, the problem arose when the seniors home that my mother lives in had forgotten to bring the chair to her. Jeff was incredibly patient throughout this issue and provided all the necessary details to confirm the delivery arrived at the right place and on the date promised. A mark of excellent customer service. I would recommend Wheel Walkers!
