Upon receiving my scooter, which came very quickly and I appreciate that, the Uber courier left it outside of my condo and sped away, he claimed "he was not Uber eats" and refused to bring it to my unit upon me telling him I have a broken leg and he is quite literally delivering a scooter for an injured person. Concierge was understanding and brought it up to me, the scooter came without a basket, which I specifically asked for and was given the run around, and two weeks later I still do not have a basket, causing me to scoot around my condo with a back pack on to carry things I need from room to room. It was also not tuned and the whole.folding joints completely fell off, thankfully my boyfriend was able to put it back together. I am grateful for the scooter and the prompt arrival, but.kt has been a far from smooth and frustrating process

While not wanting to need a scooter, it has ended up that this summer I do. It has been an amazing tool to get around. I love the all-terrain. nature of it. Thicker tires, and my dog has adjusted to scooter outings! Hoping I won’t need it for the whole summer, but I’m very happy that I have it.
