La silla que se me proporciono tenia piezas desajustadas y eso dificulto su uso. Por supuesto ya no iba perder mas tiempo en ir a que lo revisaran o me dieran otra, asi que mi experiencia no fue agradable. pediria el rembolso

Daniel, we're sorry your experience wasn't what it should have been. Every piece of equipment is inspected before it goes out, and we're disappointed this one fell short. Had we known about the issue at the time, we would have resolved it immediately — a replacement or on-site fix would have been no problem at all.
