Disorganized

This was a very disorganized experience. First the website said deliveries were between noon and two, so we waited. When I called at 2 they said the delivery would be at seven pm so I cancelled it and went out to buy crutches instead, and took my mom (who needed the crutches) out. When we came back that evening, the crutches had been delivered. I had to pay for an uber to return them, and there were two addresses - one in the email, and another one in the email telling me the rental period was ending. Over all so disorganized.
